Ultimately, the lockdown for corona virus prevention
is proving to be a failure. Despite the lockdown, the number of infected people has skyrocketed
and is proving to be a failure.

It has come out that the corona virus has spread among those who were stopped in the name of tightening the border with India. 

Those who entered from across the border were found to be infected with the corona virus while being quarantined in a healthy condition.

Most of the corona in the Narainapur quarantine in Banke were found 
infected. Rautahat, Kapilvastu, and  Jhapa.

The lockdown has brought trade, business, transport
and other sectors to a standstill. Even in such a dire situation,it is unnatural, impractical and the culmination of irresponsibility for the government to issue immediate tax returns within the stipulated time.

Entrepreneurs have started violating the lockdown as the situation could not be controlled. Shops have been opened in some places of the capital as well. Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck.

Similarly, today along with Sarlahi,ishwarpur, bailbas bazar we can see people getting normal lifestyle with no social distancing, no mask, no any precautions.
All these border areas are crowded in banks, institutions and markets.
No police is found controlling them or applying social distancing.

The government seems no responsibility to convince people and financial institutions for applying social distancing. 

It arises a big question, who to blame government or people  and what can be the consequences if let the condition be like this ?
