US President Donald Trump has said there is no need to panic over the discovery of a coronavirus vaccine.
He said the virus could probably be cured without a vaccine.
He also warned that the coronavirus could become even more dangerous next year. He said that the number of infected people may increase next year.
Trump made the remarks while addressing the US House of Representatives on Friday. He did not make any scientific arguments in this regard.
Meanwhile, US Vice President Mike Pence's press secretary Katie Miller has been told by President Donald Trump that she is infected with the corona virus. A day earlier, a personal aide to Trump had been diagnosed with corona.
According to the latest Reuters figures, more than 77,000 Americans have died from the corona and more than 1.2 million have been confirmed infected.
