BIRGUNJ: Police have seized four illegally operated Indian private cars in Birgunj.
A police team deployed from the District Police Office, Parsa has seized private cars with Indian number plates on the basis of information that Indian cars were running illegally in the rural areas of the metropolis.
Police have seized two Scorpios (BR05PA8895), a Sumo Gold (BR05PA1091) and a Bolero car (BR30S4701) on the road section at Birpur-11 Sreepur.
As no one has come to claim the vehicles so far, the documents have been sent to the Birgunj Customs Office for necessary action, said the Superintendent of Police Ganga Pant of Parsha district.
