Kathmandu. Finally, a compromise has been reached between actress Pooja Sharma and journalist Prakash Subedi. The dispute between the two has been settled amicably on the initiative of Captain Rameshwar Thapa, the owner of AP1 Television.
President of the Nepal Artists' Association Rabindra Khadka and others had tried hard to settle the dispute between the actress and the journalist. The same effort paid off on Thursday.
The agreement between Subedi and Sharma has been signed by Rabindra Khadka, president of the Artists' Association, Akash Adhikari, president of the Producers' Association and Janak Karki, president of the Dancers' Association.
From now on, it has been agreed not to insult each other and not to try to create controversy between artists and journalists. It has been agreed to return all the previous complaints to take action against Subedi.
Actress Pooja Sharma had taken a stand that journalist Prakash Subedi should apologize in writing and not verbally. Journalist Subedi said that he apologized for hurting his self-esteem.
